As the Social Media Manager of Common Grounds, a coffee shop in Waco, TX, I create digital content for social media in the form of photographs, videos, written captions, and graphic designs to promote marketing campaigns. I communicate with upper management to accurately and creatively portray the brand and voice of Common Grounds. I capture photos, edit photos, create graphic content, write captions, and schedule all social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Additionally, I research social media analytics to present future ideas for social media marketing.
